Leading and Loving Program

OLR is hosting Leading & Loving, a program for parents who have young children from birth through fifth grade.   It will be presented by Family Honor, an organization created in 1988 to provide a Catholic framework on the truth and meaning of sexuality, love, and family.

The Leading & Loving program:

1. equips you in guiding your young children to figure out the answers to life’s most important questions, like “Who am I?” and “What is my life for?”

2. provides an understanding of how you can model and teach Christ-like love to your children and how you can speak about purity and modesty in age-appropriate ways

3. helps you to be prepared to respond to some of your younger children’s challenging questions   

Leading & Loving will be held at Guadalupe Hall from 4pm-8:30pm (with a potluck dinner at 6pm) on Friday, Oct. 11, and from 9am-11:15am on Saturday, Oct. 12.Each session is for parents only. Please let us know if childcare is needed, as this might be a possibility.
