Eric was ordained to the Permanent Diaconate for the Diocese of Charleston on February 1st, 2025. He is also an alumnus of Our Lady of the Rosary School completing 8th grade in 1984. His parents were long time members of the parish.
Eric oversees the Eucharistic Adoration ministry at Our Lady of the Rosary. He, along with his team of volunteers, coordinates the weekly schedule for adoration, make sure adorers are scheduled, and arranges for exposition and reposing of the Blessed Sacrament. Eucharistic Adoration has expanded to first Friday Vigil Adoration which concludes on Saturday morning. The hope is that one day Our Lady of the Rosary will have perpetual adoration.
He received his undergraduate degree in Architecture Design from Clemson University in 1992 and received his Master of Theology degree from St. Leo University in 2024. He has worked in the architecture design profession for more than 34 years.
Eric lives in Greenville with his wife Nichola. He is a step-father to a son and daughter, and “Papa” to 3 wonderful grandchildren.
